Hello, this is my second vlog where I will talk about training.
It is vital that I take part in training before climbing Mount Kilimanjaro so I am playing 5 a side football twice a week. I play on weekday evenings and we play a Saturday match against another team in our league. I also play for fun with friends which is good exercise for me.
I have also been walking on weekends to practice and get used to the walking while wearing my walking boots to prepare for Mount Kilimanjaro, which will be very useful to get ready for all of the different terrains we will experience.

So I am playing football for exercise on a weekly basis. In the proper league there should always be 11 � 6.
